Live Vip Salon sits in our live casino lobby as one of the headline tables Malaysian players open first. Dealt by a live presenter in a salon-style studio setting, each round runs on a real table with real cards — what you see on screen is the actual game, not a simulation. Access depends on local law and is available where eligible regions permit.
Live Vip Salon is a live dealer card game hosted in a studio designed to recreate the atmosphere of a high-end private table. The presenter deals from a real shoe, and each betting round follows fixed card-game rules displayed on your screen before you place a bet. Unlike slot titles such as Twin Towers Reels or Rapid Dice Duel, this is a table format — your bet slip is visible throughout the round, and the outcome is determined by the cards drawn, not a random number generator spin. The game is supplied through our live studio content partners and carries the look-and-feel of a salon: subdued lighting, a dedicated presenter, and a clean table view. RTP information is shown only where the provider exposes it for this title — check the in-game info panel after the table loads.
Understanding the betting structure makes each round faster to follow. Live Vip Salon uses a fixed-round format: a betting window opens, you place your stake on the outcome you want, the presenter deals, and the result settles before the next window opens. The pace is deliberate — slower than a slot like Fishing Coral Cannon, but that breathing room is what lets you read the table and adjust your stake each round. Side bet options, where available, are shown alongside the main bet field. The current bet limits for the table are displayed in the lobby chip row before you join.
Each round opens with a timed betting window. The countdown is visible on screen, so you know exactly how long you have to place your stake before the presenter deals the first card.
Results are determined by live card draws, not a software spin. The presenter draws from a physical shoe, and the outcome is confirmed on screen the moment the final card lands on the table.
Where the table offers side bets, those fields appear alongside the main bet area. Each side bet has its own payout ratio shown in the table's info panel — check it before your first round.
Once the round closes, winning amounts are added straight to your account wallet. The transaction appears in your account history and can be checked from the account dashboard after login.
Playing Live Vip Salon on your phone is a different physical experience from desktop, but the table is fully designed for portrait use. The live video feed sits at the top of the screen, the bet fields stack below it, and the chip selector runs across the bottom row — all reachable with a thumb without scrolling. In landscape, the layout widens to give the video feed more room while keeping the bet slip anchored to one side. The round timer stays visible in both orientations, so you never lose track of the betting window while adjusting your stake. Reading the paytable on a smaller screen means tapping the info icon in the corner — it opens as an overlay without interrupting the live feed.
These details reflect what is verifiable from the game configuration. RTP figures are shown in the in-game info panel only when the provider publishes them for this title — we do not supply an estimated or assumed figure here. Volatility at a live table is shaped by bet structure, not a software variance setting, so the description below reflects the round rhythm rather than a slot-style volatility label.
Live dealer card game — a real presenter deals from a physical shoe in a studio setting. Not a slot and not an RNG table simulation.
Round-by-round variance depends on the bet you choose and the card draw. There is no fixed volatility tier as with a slot title; stake sizing controls your exposure per round.
Playable on current Android and iOS browsers as well as desktop. The table re-flows for portrait and landscape without a separate download.
Available in Malaysia where local law and eligible region rules permit. Check the lobby for current table availability before joining.
If something goes wrong mid-round — a disconnection, a stake that did not register, or a result that looks wrong — the support paths below are the fastest routes to a resolution. Live table queries have their own category in the help system so your session details reach the right team.
Open the chat widget from the account menu while you're in the lobby. Live table queries are handled directly — have your round ID ready, shown in the game history tab of your account dashboard.
Your round history, bet records, and wallet movements for Live Vip Salon sessions are all in the account dashboard after login. Check here first if a settlement looks unclear before raising a query.
For detailed disputes — a round outcome, a stake discrepancy — the support email address is listed under the Help section in your account. Include your account ID and the round timestamp for a faster response.
Live dealer formats earn trust differently from slots because the draw is visible in real time. Here is what makes Live Vip Salon's rounds traceable on our platform.
Every card dealt is shown on the live video stream in real time. There is no post-deal rendering — what the camera shows is what determines the result, and the feed is continuous throughout the round.
Each completed round is logged in your account history with a timestamp and outcome record. If a result is disputed, the log entry is the reference point for the support team to review.
Live Vip Salon is delivered through our live studio content partners — the same supply chain that powers our other live tables. Game content comes from studios we carry in our lobby; we do not name a provider unless the lobby confirms it for this title.

Quick definitions for terms you'll see during a Live Vip Salon session — what they mean in plain language before you sit at the table.
The timed period before each deal when you can place or adjust your stake. Once the window closes, bets are locked and the presenter begins dealing. The countdown timer is always visible on screen during this phase.
An optional additional wager placed alongside your main bet on a specific card outcome. Side bets have their own payout ratios, shown in the info panel. They are separate from the main round result and settle independently.
A physical plastic device that holds multiple decks of cards. The presenter draws from the shoe during each round. The number of decks in the shoe is usually stated in the table's info panel or game rules section.
The process of calculating and paying out results after the final card is drawn. For Live Vip Salon, settlement happens automatically and the amount won is added straight to your account wallet immediately after the round closes.
A real person — visible on the video feed — who deals the cards and manages the round. The presenter follows fixed game rules and cannot influence outcomes beyond dealing from the shoe in the prescribed order.
Return to Player — the theoretical percentage of total bets returned as winnings over many rounds. For live tables, RTP depends on the specific bets you choose. The figure is shown in the info panel only when the provider publishes it.
